What data we process
Only what you send us yourself through the contact form or by email:
- your name,
- your email address,
- the text of your message,
- the language version of the site you submitted the form from.
The website collects no other data automatically.
Why we process it
We use the data solely to answer your enquiry and to agree on possible work together.
Legal basis: your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, or steps prior to entering into a contract under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Who receives the data
Submitted forms are processed by Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA), which delivers the message to our mailbox. The transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of standard contractual clauses. We pass the data to no other recipient and we do not sell it.
The website runs on a server in the European Union. The server operator processes standard access logs (IP address, request time) to keep the service running and secure.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies and loads no analytics or advertising scripts. There is no Google Analytics, no social network pixels, no visitor tracking. The fonts are stored on our own server, so opening a page does not connect you to any third party.
How long we keep the data
We keep enquiry correspondence for 3 years from the last contact. If an enquiry turns into a project, the retention period follows accounting and tax law, normally 10 years.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- access your data,
- have inaccurate data corrected,
- have your data erased (“right to be forgotten”),
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing,
- withdraw consent at any time, withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
